The Suffers<\/b><\/p>\n

Along with Leon Bridges, the Suffers are part of the so-called\u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Gulf Coast Soul\u00e2\u20ac\u009d movement that has cropped up in Houston. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t let the name confuse you. The Suffers are full of joy. They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve a got big sound that only a 10-piece band can deliver. And after a year making all the tastemaker stops (NPR\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Tiny Desk Concerts, one of Late Night With David\u00c2\u00a0Letterman\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<\/i>\u00c2\u00a0last shows), the Suffers are ready for flight.<\/p>\n
